This was the first time we have taken the younger five kids fishing. They had a blast! The pond was well stocked, so they all were able to catch a fish on their first day.
Hannah wouldn't smile. She was being "a serious fisherman".
The motley crew (notice the little one's got a pink pole)

Junior sportsmen learn from a seasoned pro how to properly hook the worm
Within 5 minutes, Jacob caught the first fish!
Olivia reeled in the next victim. I love how she gets grossed out and keeps a generous distance between herself and her squirming fish

Emmy's turn! Great big smile...
...then exasperation when she was informed that SHE would have to extricate the hook from the fish's throat!
Back to the little fellas
Brave Katherine finally caught herself a fish, after faithfully baiting squeamish people's hooks!
Our fishing hole was just down the road from our campsite
Little Sammy waiting patiently like a real fisherman
It paid off! Look at that proud face!
I'm not sure what's going on here... I think Caleb is in disbelief that the fish stole his worm AGAIN.
