Our last day of our trip, Dad took us kids hiking while Hannah took her nap. We have been to this park once before when Emily and Olivia were very little.
Inside the nature center... after our hike we came back here and did a scavenger hunt. The kids then became junior rangers and received a badge and a patch from the park ranger.
On the trail. The main path was nice an wide, but later we took a side trail that was much less traveled and rougher going.

This is one of the natural springs we visited. At this particular time of year, it wasn't flowing, but the kids had fun climbing up the rock wall.

This is the other spring we stopped at. It was bubbling some, but it too was in it's off season.
After our hike, we went back to our campsite to pick up Mom and Hannah to head over to Lake Arbuckle.
The kids LOVED walking on the shore. Hannah and Samuel asked if this was the beach!
